Micah is the organizer of NeurotechSF aka NeurotechX.

NeurotechX is a global organization of 22 neurotech meetups located in major cities worldwide.

Sometimes they may have speakers including Neuroscientists or Neurotech companies. Sometimes they have hands on hacknights where attendees can get their hands on medical imaging technology for learning, coding, and experiments. The point is to give folks a chance to learn and be part of a neurohacking community and grow professionally inside a neurotech focused community. They also have a lab /neuro-hacker space opening soon at the Red Victorian.
